Clark Multi-Kits
TIE ROD / IDLER ARM KITS
With 4 different levels to choose from you can order just what you need for your car. You should also check out the front suspension kits. As with all our
kits, these parts are also available individually. Pages 151-157. All bolts Grade 8.
CARS & FC (Vans)
BASIC KIT – (2) inner and (2) outer tie rod ends (with grease fittings and nuts), (4) tie rod clamps and bolt kits, rubber pitman arm bushing
(FC = no pitman arm bushing).
DELUX "A" KIT – Adds the following to the BASIC KIT: greasable idler arm (with seal, plastic washer and bolts). UPGRADES the rubber
pitman arm bushing to nylon (exc. FC).
DELUX "B" KIT – Adds the following to the DELUX "A" KIT: (2) steel tie rod sleeves
ULTIMATE KIT
Cars: You get everything in the BASIC & DELUX "A" & "B" and the nylon pitman arm bushing is replaced by a rebuilt drag link with nylon bushing installed.
(refundable core included in price)
FC: You get everything in the BASIC & DELUX "A" & "B" plus the replacement steering link (from "relay arm" to pitman arm). #7 page 157.

BASIC KIT – (1) inner and (1) outer tie rod (with nuts, cotter pins & grease fittings)
DELUX KIT – Same as BASIC KIT but ADDS (2) clamps and (2) grd. 8 bolt kits.
ULTIMATE KIT – Adds (1) steel tie rod sleeve to DELUX KIT.

SHIFTER KITS
These kits will restore your shifter to the tight, original factory feel. For a shorter shift
Pattern check out the quick shifter page 118. The ULTIMATE KITS are very complete
but you should still double check pages 115-118 for other parts.
BASIC KIT – CARS
60-64: One piece cast nylon bushing, repro shift coupler, pin, (retainers) and trans. shifter shaft seal.
65-69: Same as 60-64 Cars but with our brass bushing kit.
BASIC KIT – FC (VANS)
I'm sorry we do not have many parts for the FC shifter. On some FC's the shift coupler was welded on.
We suggest a repro as the pin hole will be the correct size and the rubber mounting decreases vibration.
61-63: (Shifter under seat, not through gas tank) return spring & link, repro shift coupler, pin, retainer, clamp and bolt, shifter shaft seal, coupler boot (also
consider the under seat shift boot page 116). 1961 also consider shift bushing – pg. 116.
63-65: (Shifter on floor, through gas tank) Same as 61-63 but with front nylon bushing, and snap ring.
ULTIMATE KIT – CARS
60-64: Same as BASIC KIT but machined nylon bushing replaces stock, plus shift boot and screws (rear of tunnel), shift coupler boot,
shift coupler clamp and bolt.
65-69: Same as BASIC KIT plus shift boot and screws (rear of tunnel), shift coupler boot, coupler clamp and bolt, shifter base shims
(3 thicknesses), bushings and nuts for shift stabilizer rod.
