Clark's Corvair Parts® consists of a husband and wife team, Joan (Vice-President) and Cal Clark, Jr. (President) and our employees. We all take this business
very seriously and try to be as helpful as possible. Our current catalog of over 15,000 new, repro, replacement, "NOS" (online only) and used parts consists of
the Main Catalog and Price Supplement.
PRIVACYWe do not release, sell or exchange any information you give us. It is used exclusively by Clark's Corvair Parts® to process your order. Our
internet site & business computer are secure (our site is enrolled in Trustwave®).
REPRODUCED PARTS We are constantly trying to reproduce as many parts as we can. All your orders are our support and encouragement. New parts,
specials, sales, etc. will be announced on our internet site, in the "Corsa Communique" as well as our Price Supplement.
PRICESAll prices are EACH unless otherwise noted and subject to change without notice. Current prices are on our website.
PAYMENTU.S.A. personal checks, certified checks, money orders, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex).
No cash please. (Returned checks will be charged a fee).
INTERNATIONALCredit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex). NO personal checks. We only accept bank drafted checks or postal money orders
payable in U.S. funds (payable through a US bank).
COD (Collect on Delivery) NO Deposit Required – NO INTERNATIONAL COD'S – A COD charge for each package is included in the shipping. Avoid COD
charges by using your credit card. You are liable for the shipping both ways and a restocking fee on a refused COD.
COD PAYMENT Post Office Cash or personal check. UPS does not accept cash! UNDER $200.00: UPS usually accepts personal checks, certified checks,
money orders. OVER $200.00: UPS usually accepts certified checks or money orders.
ORDERING – READ PAGES AT BACK OF THE CATALOG. Please have part numbers when placing orders so that we can serve you quickly and efficiently.
Shipping is additional; you are only charged the actual shipping!
PACKING & INSURANCE – We pride ourselves on excellent packing, strong new boxes, lots of sealing tape and experience. All packages are shipped
insured against damage and loss. A few items are noted as "cannot be insured". Any extra money you send will be refunded. You pay only for the actual
shipping charges.
NO SALES TAX! Unless you live in Massachusetts. (Note: Some states may start requiring that we charge sales tax.)
SUBJECT TO CHANGE – All prices, products, pictures and specifications are subject to change without notice.
GUARANTEEWe guarantee parts against defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. Performance parts, parts you modify or parts going on race cars,
dunebuggies, Corv-8 or similar applications will have NO GUARANTEE. Contact us if you think you have a defective part. To claim a defect you must pay to
return the part to us. We will refund or pay to ship a replacement, YOUR CHOICE. Our total responsibility on all parts, information, or accessories, will not
exceed in any way, for any reason, the purchase price of the particular item involved. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
SATISFACTIONWe strive for our customers to be completely satisfied with our parts and service.
SAMPLESWe will send FREE color or material samples. Just request them on an order or via email. (Also see RETURNS).
RETURNSAll returned parts must be in perfect condition and in the original package. NO returns accepted on electrical items or DUE TO COLOR CHOICE.
NO returns accepted on incorrectly ordered package areas (that includes due to color). NO returns on "custom orders". All returns (up to 6 months) will have
a 10% ($4.00 min.) restocking fee. Items purchased 7-12 months previous will have a 20% restocking fee ($6.00 min.) NO items over 12 months old will
be accepted.
WRONG PARTS? – If you get a wrong part (due to your error) it will be treated as a "RETURN". If it is due to our error we will replace or refund. NO FEE will
be charged if return is due to our error (must be returned in 60 days).
ACTIVE REPAIR SHOPS – If interested, please request an application for our "Repair Program".
CLOSED HOLIDAYS – We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and
Christmas. There may be a few other days during the year that we are closed – New England weather! Thanks for your understanding.
