UPHOLSTERY INFO
Exact ? These sets are very close to the originals. The "depth" of some stitched pleats are not quite as
"deep" as the originals but people have been very pleased.
BACK OF BUCKET SEAT ? Yes! The "insert" on the back of the bucket seat tops will be just like the
originals. Exact! See photos. The 1965 Custom Bottom Bucket even has the carpet material.
Buttons ? Covered seat buttons to match your vinyl or fabric seats exactly. See page 13. We highly suggest
these as it is impossible to recover your old buttons.
Vinyl: Top Quality – Exact grain, many exact original colors. We suggest samples. No returns due to colors!
Sets, see page 9; Colors, see pages 8, 18, & 19.
Leather: Leather & vinyl were offered in 1963. We have matched the original colors. Please request free
samples first! We will also make leather sets for 1964 & 65 "Standard Style" and 1965 "Custom Style", but NO
RETURNS! Sets, see page 11; Colors, see pages 8 & 18.
Fabric: Fabric & vinyl were offered in 1963, 64 & 65. Most of the colors are a close match. Please request free
samples first! Fabric not always in stock. NO RETURNS DUE TO COLOR. Sets, see page 10; Colors, see

Color Code: Be sure to ADD COLOR CODE to end of part # (example: R4HBE). On our website, choose
color from dropdown. You can also add colors or other info under comments. We can make 1963 seats from 1964
colors & vice versa, but NO RETURNS!
FREE Color Samples: Just call, fax, write or email with year and color(s) you'd like. See pages 8 and 17-20.
Misc. Items: Cotton, burlap, skrim, etc.– see page 12.
Do It Yourself? We find that about 60% of our Riviera owners install their own upholstery and are pleased
with the results and themselves! We can't guarantee that you can do it as well as a professional installer but you
could always try a bucket seat and decide! Several Riviera owners have had Upholstery Shops install theirs and
said the shops were very impressed with the quality and fit.

Full Set (Both bucket seats & rear seats): We suggest you purchase the full set so all colors will match.
The "FULL SET" does not include the rear side arm rest panel vinyl. We suggest you order these separately as
well as the door windlace.
Individual Seat Parts: If you feel the color matches and this is all you need then order just the piece you
need. We list all as left (drivers side) and right (passengers side) even if both are identical.
Ordering ? Our Corvair order takers always answer the phone. They can answer "simple" questions and/or
take your order. If you have upholstery questions, they can connect you with the upholstery department.
How Long ? We can usually ship upholstery sets in 2-5 days after receiving your order. Allow more time during
Spring and Christmas rush. Carpets usually shipped in 1-2 days.

Shipping: We can ship Post Office or all types of FedEx. Shipping is extra. We never charge "handling", "Box",
